By completing the following form, you acknowledge your responsibility as follows:

  • Groups shall be required to adopt for a minimum of a one-year period.
  • The Group shall pick up litter a minimum of three times a year.
  • Any beautification or restoration of the area will require the approval of the appropriate government agency.
  • The Group shall pay Bright n' Beautiful $25.00 for each sign and $10.00 for each galvanized steel pole. The Group shall erect the sign at the adopted location according to the specifications of the government agency with jurisdiction over the area (State, County, City).

Please enter the name of the Group as you wish it to appear on the sign:

  • The Group will coordinate any publicity efforts with Bright n' Beautiful to solicit local media coverage.

  • If in the sole judgment of Bright n' Beautiful, it is found that the Group is not meeting the terms and conditions of this agreement, upon 30 days notice, Bright n' Beautiful may terminate the adoption agreement and remove the sign.
